1. Use a soft cloth to wipe. After each wear, you can use a soft cloth to wipe.
2. Avoid contact with water, as prolonged exposure to moisture can cause discoloration.
3. Store properly. If not wearing the jewelry for a long time, it is recommended to store it properly to avoid prolonged exposure to air, which can cause oxidation.
For US orders, you may return items if they are unworn, have original tags, and are in clear garment packaging with the SKU label. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within another 7 days to qualify for a refund. We do not accept exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer covers the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the return criteria are not met. Returns are not available for orders outside the US.
