Returns Policy

For US orders, you may return items if they are unworn, have original tags, and are in clear garment packaging with the SKU label. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within another 7 days to qualify for a refund. We do not accept exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer covers the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the return criteria are not met. Returns are not available for orders outside the US.

Note: Non-returnable items include jewelry, beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, lingerie, swimwear, and wholesale items.

Shipping

We ship to the US, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Shipping rates are based on order weight:

• US: Starting at $3.99, depending on weight.
• Australia, Canada, and New Zealand: Starting at $1.99 for orders up to 0.6 lb, increasing by weight category.

Standard delivery times vary by region, with 2-10 business days for US shipments and 8-16 business days for international orders. Expedited and overnight options are available only for sample orders within the US.
